Returns and Exchanges

Returns or exchanges are dealt with on a case-by-case basis. To inquire about returning or exchanging a product, please email us at [email protected]. When you contact us, please include your purchase date and order number along with the reason for your return.  

Ten4Tec Warranty

Ten4Tec guarantees all of our products against defects in materials or workmanship for the reasonable life of the product, unless the product has been worn out, misused, or abused, as determined by our examination. We will repair or replace any defective item as appropriate. Any product returned on warranty shall first be cleaned according to OSHA guidelines, before we can accept it.
